In June of 2012 Governor John Hickenlopper signed into law Colorado Senate Bill 12-038. It was passed to protect consumers from storm chasers and those who prey on victims of storm damage. Unfortunately it does not have enforcement. They should have funded a special unit of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation mixed with DORA and the Colorado Attorney General's Office.
Colorado Restoration Services LLC and Leverage Consulting LLC aka Leverage Colorado were formed to serve the community and homeowners first. My goal was to recruit, educate and field a small team of elite passionate advocates for the homeowner who would yes, make a great 6 figure living but also protect their clients.
We have been under attack the entire time from within and outside the industry!
